Pro:Direct Soccer and adidas are teaming up with chicken dons Sides for a two-day football takeover at the Arndale, turning the fast-food spot into a high-energy battleground dedicated to one of the sport’s biggest rivalries: the Predator boot vs the F50.
For 23 and 24 January, the Sides restaurant founded by The Sidemen will be completely reimagined and split down the middle. One half becomes the realm of Predator, built around control, power and aura. The other leans into the F50’s obsession with pace, unpredictability and flair. Before stepping inside, every guest has to declare their allegiance.
Once you pick your side, you can get hands-on with the latest adidas Predator or F50 boots, with pairs available to buy on the spot – along with a pair of each being given away.
And in classic Sides fashion, every purchasing customer walks away with far more than new boots. Expect a free meal with chicken, chips and a drink, plus exclusive extras including a bespoke Predator or F50 shirt.
Across both days, YouTube sensation Harry Pinero and other special guests will be on the counter handing out orders, stacks of free merch and surprises. A dedicated coin-drop game adds to the chaos, with prizes ranging from Pro:Direct Soccer vouchers to keyrings and other exclusives.
Running from 1pm to 8pm, this pop-up turns a boot rivalry into a full-on cultural moment.
