Arc'teryx Winter Tour at Everyman

Canadian outdoors brand Arc’teryx is bringing the spirit of the mountains to Manchester’s Everyman Cinema with an evening of film, adventure, and connection. The Arc’teryx Winter Tour celebrates the stories that shape winter culture – from the quiet of untouched peaks to the thrill of shared exploration.

The Manchester stop, on Tuesday 25 November, promises a curated film programme featuring new and exclusive releases from some of the world’s most respected mountain filmmakers and athletes. Titles include Elsewhere, which follows four athletes on a self-propelled freeride expedition through the high Alps, and In Between Days, capturing nine snowboarders chasing powder through a storm in the Japanese Alps.

There’s also Mountains of the Moon, a poetic dive into energy, creativity and exploration; Sweven, a striking visual blend of Japanese tradition and cyberpunk design; and Fifty-Fifty, an inspiring portrait of alpinists Ines Papert and Sarah Hueniken, defying expectations as they continue to climb stronger than ever at 50.

Attendees can also meet Arc’teryx athletes including Loic Isliker, Alex Williams and Angela Percival, alongside filmmakers and creatives from across the scene. Expect a night that celebrates the beauty, challenge and community of life in the mountains, complete with giveaways, refreshments, and stories that capture why we keep going back to the cold.
