Grammy-winning, Pakistani-American singer and composer Arooj Aftab brings her hypnotic blend of jazz, minimalism and South Asian classical traditions to the The Bridgewater Hall’s stage with the London Contemporary Orchestra, reworking music from across her acclaimed catalogue with sweeping new arrangements. Support comes from Manchester’s Matt Wilde, a Mancunian pianist, composer and producer who brings together jazz and electronic beat-making in an improvised spectacle.
