For one night, Convene is hosting an intimate Balkan dining experience inspired by family-style open fire cooking and seasonal ingredients. Balkan flavours will be infused into three courses, made with seasonal British produce and cooked on an outdoor grill. Natural regional wines will also be on offer as the chef cooks up a menu inspired by family summers in Serbia. There’s only 20 seats at the table, so if you want one to be yours – snap it up quickly.
