They offer no menu inviting guests to place their trust in founder Kayama San’s creativity and personal approach to flavour. They takeover Spinningfield’s Sexy Fish on 10 March when guests will have the rare opportunity to experience Kayama’s craft firsthand. Ticket’s not required, but booking is encouraged.
