Everyone’s favourite knife shop-cum-occasional oyster bar is back in Levenshulme. Kip Kaboli usually spends his days hand-making some of the most exquisite knives we’ve ever seen, but occasionally at the weekend he becomes an oyster bar. Sourced from The Easy Fish Co, there are two types of oysters to choose from, as well as a host of serving options like with classic mignonette and a pokey Korean gochujang version. Drinks come from neighbouring Levy independents. Just pop down for a good time all round.
