The award-winning Stockport Foodie Friday is taking it up a level to host the Northern heat of The British Street Food Awards on Sunday 23 August. From 12-6 get the chance to sample the best street food the North has to offer and even vote your favourite trader for the People’s Champion Award. They’re hosting 20 traders from over 3000 applicants as they compete to impress a panel of expert judges who’ll decide who goes through to the national final in September. With Foodie Friday regulars along with lots of new stuff to try and cuisines from all over the world, both regular attendees and newcomers will not want to miss out on this one.
