Calling all timorous beasties. Chef Shaun Moffat will be celebrating the life of the Scottish bard with a magnificent feast at Winsome. On the menu will be heaps of comforting classics from north of the border, from Arbroath Smokies and clapshot to – the main event – haggis, neeps and tatties. It will be glorious, particularly if you throw in the whisky flight.
