Celebrate the Scots bard with a glorious lunch at Higher Ground, in collaboration with their good pals Timberyard, the Michelin-starred restaurant from Edinburgh. Expect traditional Burns Supper dishes, a wine list curated by Jo Radford featuring special bottles from Timberyard’s legendary cellar, a fiddle player in the dining room and plenty of Scotch whisky. The menu will begin with Scottish seafood followed by a shared feast across multiple courses including a wild hare haggis ceremony. Absolute bliss.
