One of the hottest restaurants in London right now is heading up for a night at Erst. Chef Elliot Hashtroudi – formerly of the pivotal St John – will be landing at the Ancoats spot for a night of excellent regional French cuisine and convivial vibes on 6 April. The menu will feature Carlingford oysters, mussels escabeche, chicken hearts with smoked Westcombe aligot, stuffed pigs trotter with lentil and a burnt milk tart. Don’t miss it.
