In the glorious old Campfield campus on Liverpool Road – formerly home to the Science and Industry Museum’s collection of old planes – the good folks from GRUB will be hosting a weekly market, kicking off on 8 November. Campfield Market will bring together 50 local traders in Manchester’s first Euro-style food hall with 12 street food stalls, and an open-air produce market under the building’s glass roof — reviving the site’s original spirit as a bustling city hub for food, craft and culture.
