If you’ve been getting your steps in around twilight for the last few months you’ve probably spotted some spooky friends. Roots of Resilience are hosting a bat walk along Ashton Canal, so you can get to know them a little better. You’ll be joined by an ecologist for any bat questions and even get to use a bat detector to see what species are around. Suitable for all ages, the £2 tickets go towards Roots of Resilience’ work connecting communities to nature through outdoor events.
