Prestige champagne and sparkling wine masterclass with Simon Woods

For many people, the first rule of wine is that it should be sparkling. If you fall into that bracket, or you know someone who does, let the Manchester Wine School guide you through a prestige champagne and sparkling wine masterclass. The event will feature eight wines, focussing on more expensive bottles, with the line-up including a Prestige Cuvée from a well-known champagne producer. There will be another couple of champagnes to try as well as sparkling wines from other parts of Europe and a selection of the best of the New World. For nibbles, there will be specially selected cheeses on hand to mop up the bubbles.
