Michelin-starred chef, rave enthusiast and all-round Brummie, Brad Carter lands in Manchester for one night only, going back-to-back with Shaun Moffat at the wonderful Winsome. The menu looks mega. We’re talking lamb doner oysters, lobster royale with chicharrones and truffle, smoked Tamworth pork and a Baron Bigod crème brûlée. Oh, and spinning tunes all evening will be Amber’s and Fabric resident, DJ Hutch. Rave on.
