The lovely wine people at Chin Chin in Prestwich are holding their inaugural cheese night – a pairing so natural we can’t believe it hasn’t happened before. They’re welcoming Georgonzola Deli, a cheese, meat and wine shop in Clitheroe for the evening. Five delicious cheeses (of all kinds, not just gorgonzola), are to be paired with five delicious wines.
