Chotto Hour is Chotto Matte Manchester’s new afternoon and early evening session, bringing Nikkei small plates, classic and signature cocktails from £8, and wines from £5 into the stunning bar and lounge area. Expect pisco sours, yuzu martinis, wagyu sliders, karaage, nigiri, and skyline views, all designed for easy after-work drinks and relaxed midweek meet-ups. The nightly celebrations launch on Monday 2 February and runs Sunday to Thursday between 3pm and 6pm.
