Ahead of its highly-anticipated Manchester debut, international Nikkei restaurant Chotto Matte is giving locals an exclusive preview of what’s to come. Head down to their sushi pop-up from midday on 5 September as 500 complimentary sushi boxes will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis. Popping up outside of their restaurant at No1 St Michaels, the giant sushi roll pop-up gives Mancunians the chance to try the brand before its official opening in mid-October.
One box will also feature a golden ticket to the launch party event for the winner and a guest. The new site promises bold interiors, open sushi counters, robata grilling and a vibrant atmosphere. Bookings will go live for the restaurant on 8 September.
