Another instalment of Higher Ground’s homely ‘Cooking With Friends’ series of Sunday feasts, they’ve invited Silberbauers Bistro from Copenhagen – a place both chef Joe Otway and fellow co-founder Daniel Craig Martin know very well – to cook alongside them.
A neighbourhood spot with an enviable reputation, they’ll bring a Paris-via-Denmark menu to Manchester, including a red mullet bouillabaisse, poulet frites and clafoutis. Proprietor Mathias Silberbauer will be at the pass with Otway in a pleasing reunion from the time the pair cooked together at the Michelin-starred Relæ in Copenhagen. World class stuff, as always.
