The Pearl in Prestwich swap their usual British fare for an all-American takeover. The eatery will transform into a Stateside diner with a limited-edition menu on Bank Holiday Sunday. With buns provided by Siop Shop, guests can enjoy a menu of burgers and sides including frickles and onion rings as well as banana split for dessert.
