Ancoats’ Michelin-listed Erst is welcoming some southern talent as Josh Swinney, the chef from North London’s much-loved The Plimsoll, takes over the kitchen for one-day-only. In this collaboration of two of the UK’s most celebrated produce-led restaurants, the team will be serving up a seven-course sharing menu. The event is part of Erst’s Sunday Series, inviting chef’s from across the country for a number of unique one-off dining experiences. This time around, dishes will include baked scallop with fermented chilli butter, lamb tartare served with a herb salad, and prawn curry fried pizza. Salivating?
