Scottish fish and seafood master David Lowrie – the source of much of Bar Shrimp’s sensational produce – is bringing a special selection from the shores of Fife and beyond for a one-off live fish counter experience, where guests can pick their fish straight from the display before the kitchen cooks it fresh to order. Huge scallops, langoustines, proper coastal produce and a bit of theatre at this ever-exceptional spot.
