This October, Platt Fields Market Garden and Manchester Urban Diggers are uniting with local friends and businesses for Gardens for Gaza – a one-day fundraiser in aid of Human Appeal.
From 10am to 5pm, the Garden will be alive with activities, workshops and performances. Expect brunch from MUD Kitchen & Tartuffe, DJ sets throughout the day, mental health workshops with Gurleen Bhandari Psychotherapy, poetry readings, talks, tile painting and cork-and-canvas art sessions.

Local businesses are also stepping in with a raffle stacked with prizes — think a DJ workshop and bar tab from Renae, or a meal and drinks for four from Tartuffe, with plenty more to be announced.
As the sun goes down, A-Kin Club step into the MUD Kitchen for an intimate evening supper club. Their menu takes inspiration from the lands of Southwest Asia and North Africa, using produce grown right there in the Market Garden. The dinner begins at 6pm and is open to ticket holders only.
Spend the day, stay for supper, and help raise vital funds for Gaza.
