Manchester’s collective of artists, activists, academics and purveyors of organised fun have announced a massive programme of events focused around The Season of The Witch. However you like to celebrate your spooky season there’s something in here for you including witchy themed creative evenings at their Craft and Coven nights running from September through November, a guided hike exploring the Pendle witch trials, or a ‘hag’ creature drag workshop, rejecting patriarchal standards through monstrous make-up.
To top it all off they’re hosting a stacked Halloween screening of cult-sleepover classic The Craft, where you can expect themed witchy decorations and immersive elements, retro snacks and drinks, a disco, crafts and workshops. Spooky season, sorted.
