Dishoom is marking the holy month of Ramadan with a proper feast, made for bringing people together. The Iftar spread is designed for groups of four or more, with veg, vegan and non-veg menus that land in generous waves, giving everyone a chance to settle in and break their fast together over bold, comforting flavours. Alongside it, there’s a limited lamb korma with khamiri roti that rewrites what you think you know about the korma – slow-cooked lamb in a deep, smoky, richly spiced sauce with cashews and onions cooked down until silky. It’s the kind of dish you mop up with warm bread and talk over long after the plates are cleared.
