To celebrate International Sushi Day, Chotto Matte Manchester is serving up three limited-edition sushi creations for one month only. Expect soft-shell crab maki with spicy balsamic and tobiko, a spicy chicken teriyaki roll, and a show-stopping salmon and yellowtail nigiri topped with smoked aji amarillo and hot honey before being flamed tableside for the finish.
