San Carlo’s Champagne Bar in Selfridges Trafford is getting a Winter Bloom makeover as it gets taken over by Jimmy Choo for three weeks. Celebrating 30 years of Jimmy Choo, the bar has been made over in the brands iconic Winter Bloom colour palette with branded touches across the bar and three signature cocktails. The JC Spritz features cherry & vanilla syrup, rhubarb & raspberry cordial, lemon, sea salt & soda, their black raspberry martini includes Belvedere vodka, chambord and homemade sugar syrup and the Jimmy Choo take on a spicy margarita stars Volcan Blanco tequila and fresh yuzu. No need to book, if you find yourself shopped out, just walk in from now until 25 October.
