Ramsbottom’s casual neighbourhood restaurant Colleen’s is joining forces with Kobean, Heaton Moor’s coffee roastery for an intimate supper club this June. Featuring produce from local businesses, including; Pollen, The Crafty Cheese Man, Littlewoods Butchers and The Easy Fish Co, diners will enjoy a menu of six courses that showcases some of the best of Manchester’s hospitality talent. Expect dishes such as cheese croquettes, lamb loin with wild garlic and tiramisu.
