Gaming fans, assemble. The Manchester Board Game Festival returns this April, bringing three packed days of gaming, fun and community to the city. Hosted by local events team Dungeons & Flagons, MBGF will take over Sachas Hotel in the Northern Quarter, inviting gamers of all levels to come and play, learn, and explore all things tabletop.
Guests can expect over 500 games in the D&F games library, all lead by friendly hosts to help you find the perfect game for you. Enjoy RPG sessions, seminars, a bring-and-buy sale and popular Play-to-win shelf. The weekend will also see the return of the Board Game Pub Quiz & Bingo, raising money for charity, as well as the geek fair – a vibrant marketplace of 37 indie traders showcasing art, board games, TTRPGs, accessories, and more (Saturday & Sunday only).
