Manchester in Print brings together editors and creatives from across the UK’s independent print landscape, spanning fashion, music, architecture, food and culture. Taking place at the brand-new CUPRA City Garage, the event will feature a host of interviews.
The line-up of speakers includes Eddy Rhead (The Modernist) in conversation with Sarah Hardacre (visual artist and composer), Rob Orchard (Delayed Gratification founder) in conversation with Tonic magazine founders Rob Ellison and Benita Finanzio. Elsewhere, Richard Kelly (photographer and lecturer) will chat with manager of SeeSaw Space Charlotte Holt about the role of photography in elevating print and how the visual identity of a city is captured in its pages.
A selection of indie magazines will be on sale from Ra & Olly, the event is a unique opportunity to hear from some of the most exciting names in modern publishing. A relaxed networking session will follow the talks in the surroundings of the CUPRA City Garage.
