Thousands of runners – amateur, enthusiast, semi-pro, terrified novice – will descend on Greater Manchester on Sunday 27 April for the annual adidas Manchester Marathon. The UK’s second largest marathon, the iconic event draws participants from all over the world to take on the 26.2 mile challenge.
