The lovely folk at MUD welcome you to a day of community, music, food and dance for their May Day celebrations on Sunday 4 May. The team hope to bring together locals and those from father afield for the traditional event, which is rooted in nature and folklore, marking the changing of the seasons. There’s a jam-packed programme including live music on the Jack in the Green stage, a preserving workshop, Maypole dancing, art sessions, face painting and the traditional ‘Hal-an-Tow’ May Day procession featuring a singing bush. Visitors of all ages can get involved in workshops throughout the day and enjoy food from the MUD Kitchen and Gwafu Vegan.
