Fresh off their first birthday celebrations with Madrid’s Salmon Guru, they’ll be hosting Michele Ferrandino from Barcelona’s SIPS — ranked Number 3 in The World’s 50 Best Bars and formerly the best in the world. From 5pm onwards, Ferrandino will take over the bar for an exclusive guest shift, bringing the precision, flair, and boundary-pushing creativity that’s made SIPS a global benchmark for innovation.
