This Mother’s Day, Louis welcomes a very special guest to its kitchen – Mama D’Elia, flying in from Italy to prepare her family’s secret-recipe Carbonara.
From Wednesday 26 – Sunday 30 March, you can taste this generational dish, lovingly crafted by Head Chef Matteo D’Elia and his mother using time-honoured techniques and a pinch of nostalgia. On Mother’s Day (Sunday 30 March), all mothers dining at Louis will also receive a complimentary Peach Bellini – the perfect toast to family, tradition, and great food.



This is a celebration of heritage: think silky pasta, rich flavours, and the warmth of an Italian family kitchen. Pair it with Louis’ live jazz and soul performances for a Mother’s Day that’s truly unforgettable.
