Head over to Isca for the first Nafas supper club, an early spring feast inspired by their chef’s Middle Eastern and North African heritage. The word Nafas (نفس), which literally translates to ‘breath’ in Arabic, is a word used coloquially by Arabic sperakers to describe a particular style of cooking. It’s the style of cooking we usually find in mothers, grandmothers and home cooks, who cook without rigid recipes, but with intuition and love. Isca will be serving a medley of sharing plates that reflect this style of cooking.
