Nudo (Ibiza) at Bar Shrimp

Ibiza’s Nudo, in the beachside village of Es Figueral on the north eastern coast of the island, is an effortlessly cool bar serving effortlessly cool drinks and food. Though it’s likely not effortless at all, being that the three founders all met while working at Noma in Copenhagen. When people try and be clever and say Ibiza isn’t cool anymore, just wordlessly point to this, and wander off.
