Manchester’s Finest presents Open Fire Dining Club, a new series of supper clubs created to celebrate open-fire cooking and the glorious countryside that’s right on our doorstep.
In collaboration with Tartuffe – known for its smart, seasonal cooking and exceptional command of the rotisserie at Side Street – we’ll be inviting people to escape from the city for the evening and join us at the spectacular Torr Vale Mill.

Less than half an hour by train from Piccadilly, the open-air courtyard in this stunning old cotton mill on the edge of the Peak District, on the banks of the River Goyt, will be the home to something really special.
For each event, Tartuffe will be joined by guests at the grill – the first being Jamie Pickles from the excellent Stow, which has wowed diners with its open-fire cooking since opening on Bridge Street earlier this year.

The collaborative, multi-course menus will be a thoughtful exploration of seasonal ingredients and vibrant flavours.
Think crackling embers, long wooden tables laden with sharing dishes, great drinks, and feasting with friends as the sun goes down.
Summer evenings were made for stuff like this.
