The Midland are celebrating the national drink of Mexico, the Paloma, with an entire week dedicated to the Tequila-based tipple. Marking World Paloma Day on Wednesday 22 May, they have teamed up with iconic brand Don Julio to serve up Manchester’s most luxurious Palomas – including the Blanco, Reposado, Anejo and the 1942.
