The pasta chefs at Noi Quattro are handing over the baton (or in this case rolling pin) as they invite you into the kitchen to learn how to make your very own pasta from scratch. You’ll make two different doughs, experiment with your favourite shapes and learn which ones pair well with traditional Italian sauces. Of course, you’ll get to sample a dish and get a glass of bubbly on arrival and you’ll even go home with your own apron so you’re all set to get cheffing in your own kitchen.
