Root To Flower’s head chef Grace Dixon runs this relaxed workshop covering the basics of lacto-fermentation, pickling techniques, and flavour-building tricks, complete with tapas throughout and three jars of your own creations to take home. It’s a fun, hands-on intro to transforming fresh veg into something properly delicious.
