The Waterside Arts’ winter festival of music and light returns for 2024 to illuminate Sale town centre. Bringing together music, projection, light and performance, the three-day Prism festival will span the town centre, to create magical and thought-provoking experiences for all ages.
At the centre of the fun will be the Prism Light Trail, a series of light installations through Sale town centre designed by children and young people in the borough. It is a community-led project, curated by Things That Go On Things, in partnership with Leeway Creative Production and based on an original concept by Trafford-based public artist Venessa Scott, award-winning artist Sarah Greaves and the communities of Trafford. The installations will be in place throughout the festival, until 31 December, 2024.
