Ad Hoc in the Northern Quarter celebrate the wine of Germany at their forthcoming wine tasting. They will be pouring some of their favourites from the abundance of regions that Germany boasts; Pfalz, Rheinhessen, Mosel and more on Thursday 7 November 2024.
‘Besides Riesling being widely renowned as one of the best aromatic grapes in the world, producing wines ranging from bone-dry to lusciously sweet, Germany’s wine offering doesn’t stop there. With a cool, wet climate that allows for long, slow ripening seasons, the result is wine with plenty of character, pronounced flavours and high acidity.’
