Head down to Fairfield Social Club for the first edition of Trying It On from renowned stand-up Rachel Fairburn. The brand-new night showcases the very best of character comedy as Rachel turns her sights on reinvigorating the grand northern tradition. Building on the success of her critically-acclaimed character show Side Eye, this new night will see her performing new writing along with a hand-picked line-up of comedians. Joining Rachel for the first show will be the sensational Janice Connolly, better known as her cult creation Barbara Nice, and three-time Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee Chris Cantrill, half of critically lauded double act The Delightful Sausage.
