Switched Up Poetry celebrates the end of summer with their inaugural S.A.D Party. Taking place on 26 October (the final day of British Summer Time) they’re bringing together a collection of the country’s finest poets, who will hit the stage to say goodbye to summer and ward off Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Headlined by Outlander star Caitlin O’Ryan, she’ll be joined by multi-slam award winning poet Jack Washingdale, and Amy L King, who won the Derby Poetry Festival Prize in 2023 and has been published by Ink Sweat & Tears, Under the Radar, and Dust Poetry. The event also features spoken word and art prints from Accrington tattoo artist Jonny Lindsey.
