New Islington Marina cocktail bar Finders Keepers welcomes Salmon Guru, all the way from Madrid, to their neighbourhood bar this month. Voted one of the best bars in the world, Salmon Guru will bring their world-class mixologists to Finders Keepers for one day only, giving guests the opportunity to try drinks, mixes and creations from bartenders at the top of their game.
Staying true to its ethos that ‘salmon go against the stream’, guests will be able to try four of its creations including the infamous Ultramarino; combining No3 Gin, mezcal, sherry and rhubarb syrup served with a crispy parmesan chip garnish, plus the Tropical Vieux Carre; combining Highland Park, cognac, red vermouth, mango and hops.
