The Pearl in Prestwich continues its love letter to the British isles with a new Saturday set menu celebrating local producers, nose-to-tail butchery and native breeds. The first set lunch, available on 10 February, will feature confit corn fed chicken and SK14 beetroot to start, The Pearl’s own hogget, haggis, neeps and tatties or polyspore mushrooms with stout and pearl barley for main courses, followed by either Nanna Betty’s rhubard and custard or cheesecake.
The set lunch of seasonal dishes will be available every Saturday, between 12 and 2.30pm. Guests will be able to choose from a two-course (£30) or three-course (£35) set lunch with the option to add a cheese course for a £7 supplement. The menu will offer two options per course pulled from the seasonal a la carte and will change regularly.
