Award-winning cocktail spot Sterling welcomes London’s Scarfes for one of their regular takeovers. For one night only, the drinkery (which is ranked in the world’s 50 best bars) will pop-up at the cocktails and wine bar beneath the Stock Exchange Hotel. Scarfes, located in the luxury Rosewood Hotel, offers inventive cocktails and light bites, a homage to the classic gentleman’s clubs of yore. Join assistant bar manager Nora Foldvari, senior bartender Justinas Sereicikas and chef Tomas Kiskovac as they bring the spirit of Scarfes to Manchester.
