Steak and Red Wine Night: Northern Wine School

Northern Wine School are hosting a Steak and Wine night, a sophisticated affair for any good food and drink enthusiasts out there, you’ll get a Malmaison steak paired with excellent red wines and a seasonal cheeseboard to round the whole thing off. The Malmasion’s revered steak is a 220g flat iron, marinated and dry aged for 46 days, served with a confit tomato salad and, of course, pommes frites. But the food is only half the story for this event. Six decadent red wines have been carefully selected to enhance every mouthful, designed to pair perfectly by their in-house wine expert. All taking place in the Malmaison’s private dining Ember Lounge, it’s sure to be an evening of indulgence and satisfaction.
