A free festival is bringing skating, street art, dance and music to Stockport town centre. Transforming the streets of Stockport into a giant creative playground, Move a Mile are hoping to get people moving by creating a free mile-long creative trail. Taking visitors through Lower Hillgate, Little Underbank and Great Underbank there’ll be loads of activities along the way including skate lessons, live DJs and music, dance workshops, silent discos and creative masterclasses. Suitable for creatives of all ages, the event will run 11am until 4pm on Sunday 27th, completely free but reserve a ticket to help them anticipate numbers.
