Tokyo cocktail heavyweights Bar Trench and The Bellwood are joining forces for a one-off night of Japanese bartending precision, bringing beautifully balanced drinks and calm confidence to Manchester’s STERLING. Alongside the cocktails, sushi chef Kaoru Nakamura will be serving a mini nigiri omakase, making this a tightly curated crossover of drinks and food that’s all about craft and restraint.
