The Award-Winning Sri Lankan supper club returns to Stockport’s Miru Mill after winning the People’s Vote for International Street Food at Salon Cullinaire. You’ll get five courses of Sri Lankan cuisine, each paired with the story that inspired it, it’s history, seasonality and the people who grew it. Built around Manchester producers, the seasonal menu changes every two months. For August, expect jack mackerel patties with dill sambol, cashew and pea curry, as well as hispi cabbage mallung amongst others. With recipes passed down through co-founder Malanie’s family, you won’t get food like it anywhere else.
